Gorgeous Outdoor Family Session - Pittsburgh, PA

It is that time of year again when everyone is eager to have their family photos taken! The fall is such a great time; the days are a little cooler, the backdrop is starting to change and we are soaking in those last carefree days of running and playing outside before the cold hits and we all want to hibernate.

This was my third year of photographing this beautiful family and I truly enjoy watching their kiddos grow and getting a small glimpse each year into seeing who they are becoming as people. Not to mention that mom always picks beautiful wide open spaces for her kids to run around and explore.

For their session this year switched it up from previous years and headed to Fairview Park in Bridgeville. It has quickly become a go-to favorite for so many of my families and for good reason...it just gives off a magical vibe that I haven't quite found at any other location. Granted, the stars aligned for the session last week with a beautiful sunset that helped give that extra flare but even on non sunny days it's still a gorgeous spot.

Mama always comes prepared with a shot list for her session and I truly appreciate that. She knows what she wants and I am happy to make sure we get those shots all while the kiddo's ran around and we got some amazing candid shots as well!
