In-Home Lifestyle+Wrapped Newborn Session - South Hills, Pittsburgh

Lifestyle + wrapped newborn sessions are a beautiful mix between an in-home lifestyle session and a studio style wrapped session. The best part is that I bring the studio to you! That is right, as soon as your lifestyle newborn session is complete and we have captured your beautiful family photos throughout your home I build the studio right there and you get those amazing wrapped images you love!

It isn't an exact science but I have a feeling that for every newborn session I do with a tiny client that is a little unsettled I earn imaginary brownie point that I get to redeem for a magical unicorn baby that sleeps through it all! Today was my day to cash in those brownie point!!

I was a little nervous going into today's session only for the fact that I had my friend and fellow photographer filming me to use as a promotional video. It added extra pressure to produce my absolute best. There were prayers said before the session for a super chill baby and this little guy delivered. I was able to move him between different positions, rooms and even get my favorite crib shots all without a peep from him. It wasn't until his final wrap setup that he got a little fussy and I did not mind...the kid earned that bottle!!

The backdrop for today's session was amazing along with parents that are so relaxed. It also helped that we did their maternity pictures last month and that just automatically makes the session feel more comfortable. Here are some of my favorites from their session which was so hard to narrow down!
