Family Session - Mellon Park, Pittsburgh

It is that time of year again when family sessions ramp up! Family sessions are great to capture those kiddos in whatever stage they are in.

When one of your photography friends has her baby early but also has sessions booked, you jump in and help where you can. I happened to be scheduled for shoots at Mellon Park over the weekend and I was happy to add this sweet family to my day! As you would expect, we chased the one year old around a little bit but surprisingly the two year old was so cooperative and took direction really well! We were able to get some absolutely adorable shots that I hope they love.

Any business can be competitive but thankfully I have cultivated a sweet network of photography friends that are all about community over competition. I know my friend will be excited to see this sweet family for their next session! In the meantime, here are few of my favorites from their family session over the weekend!
